All practitioners are required to return a record card indicating the CPD hours that they have completed in 2008 under the New or Established Practitioners Programme.

Record cards must be returned to our offices by the 31 January 2009, although practitioners are encouraged to return their record card to our offices as soon as possible. Those who do not comply with the CPD rules could be fined £300.
