The number of barristers advertising for work on the Public Access database now exceeds one thousand for the first time since the launch of the scheme in 2004. The one thousand milestone was passed in January 2009, with the present number now standing at 1,013.
The Public Access database has now been improved and includes an optional field for specifying a city or town.
